Free Pregnancy Tests

Have you missed your period? Are you experiencing pregnancy symptoms? Perhaps you’ve already taken a pregnancy test at home, but want a more professional/accurate test.

Women’s Resource Center provides free pregnancy tests so you can be certain of your results. Results are 99% accurate and 100% confidential.

Free Ultrasounds

Ultrasounds provide vital information about your pregnancy! They confirm:

Gestational Age

How far along am I? Your free ultrasound at the Women’s Resource Center can answer that question!

Miscarriage

Approximately 30% of pregnancies naturally end in miscarriage. If a heartbeat can’t be detected during your ultrasound, it’s possible that you may be experiencing a miscarriage. Whatever you may feel at that moment, the Women’s Resource Center is here to support you.

Ectopic Pregnancy

In rare cases, the fertilized egg may implant outside of the uterus, such as on an ovary or in a fallopian tube. This is known as ectopic pregnancy and requires immediate medical care. If left untreated, the affected area could rupture, causing shock and internal bleeding.

85% of ectopic pregnancies are discovered before a rupture occurs! Your free ultrasound at Women’s Resource Center can determine if you’re experiencing an ectopic pregnancy, and you can move forward with the proper medical care.

Compassionate Care

Looking for a safe, non-judgmental space to sort through your thoughts and explore your options? Our compassionate client advocates can answer your questions regarding: abortion, adoption and parenting.

Sexual Health Education

When you are sexually active, pregnancy is usually the greatest concern. You may be afraid of what your parents or partner will do if you become pregnant. You may also be concerned that you will not be able to finish school or pursue your future goals. While pregnancy is something to be very concerned about, sexually transmitted infections are equally, if not more, worrisome. You are at risk for pregnancy if you have sex around ovulation (about 5 days a month), but you are at risk of getting an STI every time you have sex. Contact us today to learn more about the risks and how you can protect yourself against STDs and STIs. It’s NEVER too late to start over!

Don’t get caught worrying about being pregnant before you are sure.

A missed period is the most common indication, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you are pregnant.

Common pregnancy symptoms:

  • Late period
  • Tender or swollen breasts
  • Frequent urination
  • Nausea or vomiting
  • Fatigue
  • Lightheadedness or fainting
  • Backaches
  • Food cravings or aversions
  • Darkening of the nipples

Women’s Resource Center will provide you with a free lab-certified pregnancy test. You will have the results during your appointment.
